Janice Schettler

Janice Schettler is a respected nine year real estate veteran with numerous notable transactions to her name and a deep drive to help people by finding homes and properties that exceed their expectations. Prior to real estate, Janice was a CPA who specialized in financial investigative auditing. She has a keen eye for details and is tenacious! Prior to joining the Heyl Group, she was the Team Leader for the Keller Williams office in Castle Rock, CO. Through her energy, spirit and tenacity she was able to triple both agent count and profitability in a very short 15 months. Transforming lives through homeownership is truly her passion.
When she isn’t thinking about real estate, she is enjoying the out of doors with either her dogs, horses, alpacas, and llama or on the top of a 14’er. Precious family time is spent with her three kids and their respective spouses. God, Family, Business is how she prioritizes her life.’
