8 Hours Class Broken into 3 Sessions:
8:30 -11:30 am
11:30-2:30 pm
2:30-4:30 pm with breaks and lunch worked into those times.
Session 1 – Seller Listing and Buyer Listing contracts and advisories
Session 2 – Contract to Buy and Sell
Session 3 – Common disclosures/addenda
